Welcome to the Robert L. Mason Auditorium! FC Theatre is proud to open Radium Girls, our final production of the 2024-2025 season, which is entitled EmpowHER: Chronicles of Female Courage.
EmpowHER is a theatrical season dedicated to amplifying the voices and experiences of women through powerful storytelling. Through our selection of productions including 9 to 5, 146 Point Flame, and Radium Girls, we aim to celebrate the resilience, strength, and indomitable spirit of women throughout history and in contemporary society.
Our mission is to inspire, educate, and empower audiences by shedding light on the challenges, triumphs, and contributions of women from all walks of life. We believe in the transformative power of theater to ignite conversations, challenge stereotypes, and foster a more inclusive and equitable world. Join us on this journey as we honor the courage and resilience of women, past and present, and champion their voices on stage.
Radium Girls brings to life the harrowing yet inspiring true story of the women who fought against corporate greed and injustice. The play not only honors the women of the past but also draws parallels to contemporary struggles for justice and equality. It serves as a catalyst for awareness through its gripping narrative, reminding us of the power of persistence and courage. By telling the story of these women, the play ensures that their sacrifices and victories are never forgotten, empowering future generations to continue the fight for justice.
We are confident this show and this season will showcase the many talents of our FC Theatre students, both onstage and offstage, allowing them to grow as artists, performers, and people. Thank you for your support of FC Theatre and the Performing Arts in Franklin Township!
