 Who's Who

    Dmitriy Gagarkin

Dmitriy Gagarkin started his dance journey with West Coast Swing and Lindy Hop in college and has been gliding across the floor ever since. After a year of training with Fred Astaire, he’s found a new love for ballroom dancing and the elegance and speed of the Viennese Waltz. With a passion for movement that would make even Mumble from *Happy Feet* jealous, Dmitriy is always ready to waltz into the next adventure.

Ballroom has taught me what it means to push your body to the limits to achieve beauty; it inspires me to strive for more in life. We picked "Let's Get Loud" because it is fast, energetic, and reminds us to live life to the fullest.

“We’ve always wanted to learn latin and ballroom dancing and it will soon be a year since we’ve started taking lessons! This is our first showcase and we, as well as our instructors wanted to challenge ourselves with a strong routine. We would say that dancing an Argentine tango, on Roxanne, one of the most iconic and intense tango songs, qualifies as just that. But we’re always excited for a good piece of drama and hope the audience will be too!”

This year my October 7th number is dedicated to the innocent women and beautiful young girls who came to the Nova music festival to celebrate life and peace and were brutally, barbarically raped, beaten, murdered and some kidnapped by Hamas terrorists who crossed the border illegally to commit these atrocities.

My heart goes out to them. Bring them home!
