Garfield High School

 Who's Who

  • Nafissa Bezzaz

    as Lisa

She is excited to be participating in her first ever musical! She has enjoyed watching the creative ideas of the members of this show come to life. If you can’t find her on set, she’s probably lost up in the catwalk area so if someone could go up there and find her to lead her out, that would be great. Also be careful, there are some dragons hiding up there, just a heads up. (I’m not joking)

  • Delia Black

    as Ali / Co-Choreographer

is a freshman at Garfield and has been doing theater ever since she was young. She has been in many shows, including The Lion King (Shenzi), Pyramus and Thisbe (The Moon), and Garfield’s Fall production of Radium Girls (Mr. Berry). Dance has also been a huge part of Delia’s life; they did ballet for six years and performed in five productions of Cornish’s The Nutcracker. She is so honored and excited to play Ali, and to have co-choreographed this show. She wants to thank the entire cast and crew, especially Maddie Gale, her co-choreographer. Enjoy the show!

  • Enzo Blake

    as Father Alexandrios

Enzo is a 9th grader who is incredibly excited to be preforming in a formal play for the first time! He's always really enjoyed writing stories and performing improv and is in this play to further explore his creativity. He is excited for you to watch his performance which he swears he won't mess up... keep an eye on him.

  • Skye Borch*

Skye's first name is pronounced the same way as the character of Sky, Sophie's fiance, which caused endless confusion backstage. She has loved theatre since she was 5 years old, and, as a junior, is excited to finally be in a musical on the Garfield stage! Some of her previous roles include Cat on a Hot Tin Roof (Sonny) at ACT Theatre, The Brothers K (young Everett) at Book-It Repertory Theatre, and Radium Girls (Diane Roeder) at Garfield this past fall. In the rare instances when she is not on stage, Skye loves playing Dungeons & Dragons and writing her own musicals.
