Thomas Williams
as Billy Cane
Thomas is very excited to be a part of his third show here at GCT! Thomas started performing when he was a freshman in high school and just decided to never stop. He attended Harding University in Searcy, AR, where he spent most of his time in rehearsal, appearing in 13 productions of their theatre department. Some favorite roles from over the years include Bobby Child in Crazy for You, Charley in Charley's Aunt, and Christopher Wren in The Mousetrap right here at GCT. Love to his amazing wife Bethany and his soon-to-be born son. Isaiah 64:8. Hope you enjoy the show!

Marques Brown
as Jimmy Ray Dobbs
Marques currently serves as the Technical Director for Germantown Community Theatre, and is both anxious and excited be performing in his first musical in several years. He most recently appeared as Andy in the Quark Theatre’s production of What Happens to Hope at the End of the Evening, (which hopes to have a revival as it was cut dramatically short due to the pandemic) and he also recently directed the play Outside Mullingar here at GCT. He has been a theatre professional, designer, director, actor, and teacher around the Memphis area for twenty-one years. Brown would like to thank his coworkers, fellow cast & crew members, and his family for their support and for giving up so much in order to make this show happen. Marques would also like to sincerely thank the audience for suspending their disbelief to the point that he could potentially play a character who is too young to legally drink. Cheers!
