Ingrid Standifer

as Maria

Ingrid Standifer is so excited to be playing Maria in Grab Bag's virtual production of "The Sound of Music".When she's not singing about the life of the hills, Ingrid enjoys doing even more theater, setting things on fire, invading Russia in the winter, and reading. She is very thankful for the support of the cast, her voice teacher, friends, and family, and hopes you enjoy the show!
Emery Goldberg

as Captain Georg von Trapp

Emery is a senior and is thrilled to be playing the role of Captain Von Trapp in this amazing show! His prior roles include Laurie in Little Women, Peter in Peter and the Starcatcher, and Tom in The NSA’s Guide to Winning Friends. Emery is so thankful to his family and friends for supporting his lifelong passion for acting and art.
Natalie Fishman

as Mother Abbess

Natalie Fishman has had a groovy time playing Mother Abbess in "The Sound of Music." Outside of the show, she sings opera and classical music, and is a part of the all-girls choir, iSing! She hopes you enjoy the show (and follow Mother Abbess' advice- climb a mountain for cardio tomorrow- you paid attention, right?)
Matthew Philbin

as Max Detweiler

Matthew Philbin is a junior at MA, performing in his 7th Grab Bag Theater show as Max in "The Sound Of Music." Although he, like many others, has been brought down quite a bit from quarantine, he has loved the rehearsal process and likes to think of it as proof that things can still be good in hard times. He hopes you take away the same!
Laura Fesas

as Elsa Shraeder/Sister Berthe

Laura Fesas is a senior at Menlo Atherton High School and this is her fourth show with Grab Bag Theater. Some of her past roles include Hot Blades Harry in “Urinetown” and Jo March in “Little Women”. She has had an amazing time working on this production and hopes you enjoy the show!
