    Joanne Matanane

    LIghting Designer & Graphic Artist

    Joanne Matanane is a passionate educator and interdisciplinary artist with over 30 years of experience in the arts and program leadership.

    You may find her in various roles on and off-stage, wielding a baton, or clinging to a clipboard and multiple beverages. Behind the scenes, she has stage and production management credits, as well as graphic design, artistic, and creative direction under her belt. Matanane designed lights for the recent productions of The Lion King, Jr. (2024) and Dare to Dream, Jr. (2025), is an Associate Conductor for the Tumon Bay Youth Orchestra, and works on Special Projects for the Guam Philharmonic Foundation, Inc. and World Theater Productions. Matanane is currently the Managing Director of the Tumon Bay Music Festival (TBMF) and the Music Director for Catholic Services at Andersen Air Force Base Chapel.

    Isaiah Aguon

    Social Media Director

    Isaiah currently serves as the Social Media Director for World Theater Productions and as the Director of Communications for the Guam Philharmonic Foundation, Incorporated. He joined both organizations in June 2022 as a part-time Social Media Manager. In February 2025, Isaiah also took on the role of Director of Strategic Communications for the Office of Legislative Secretary Senator Sabrina Salas Matanane in the 38th Guam Legislature. Prior to this, he was the Chief of Staff for the Office of Senator Dwayne T.D. San Nicolas in the 37th Guam Legislature, serving from June 2023 to January 2025, originally starting as a Director of Communications. Before his transition to the government of Guam, Isaiah gained several years of experience in the private sector, working in Guam media across radio, television, and print news.

    A lifelong theatre lover, MinaSoul participated in the NY Public Library for the Performing Arts Springboard2Design in July 2025! At SB2D they learned the ins and outs of theatrical design from Tony Award winning designers in the fields of set, lighting, makeup, sound, costuming, and so much more sparking an even greater passion for the theatrical arts. MinaSoul began performing at the age of 8 and is an inaugural member of WTP's Players Club. JCS marks their 10th production this time showcasing their talents backstage.
