Paul Borsc
D/C Team
Paul is excited to be the Producer, Music Director and Pit Musician for CATS. Paul has been part of all the Musical Theatre productions at Glendale in his time as the Coordinator of HWDSB Programs of the Arts and Head of Music. He was part of the team that created the original production, Ten Miles Out: A Legacy Project, which was awarded an eagle feather, as well as the main stage production of A Midsummer Night's Dream with the Hamilton Philharmonic Orchestra and the concert series with the National Academy Orchetra. His favourite moment this year was watching the class's reaction to seeing/hearing the first completed scene for the show. Paul is extremely grateful to his friends/fellow teachers in the Directorial/Creative Team for all their hard work and to all the students in the course, who showed that the Arts can overcome any obstacle.

Valerie Moore
D/C Team
Valerie is elated to be a member of the Directorial/Creative Team, contributing mostly as the lead Choreographer of CATS. She is also proud to be working with her talented students who helped co-choreograph the show. Valerie has been a proud member of the GA since 2012 and her work includes: Legally Blonde (2020), Roger and Hammerstein's Cinderella (2018), The Tempest (2018), Tarzan, The Stage Musical (2016), and many more. Valerie will always remember and be thankful for this unique experience. Although producing a show during a global pandemic has its challenges and obstacles, the rewards and learning experiences will be treasured. She is overwhelmed by the support of the DC team and the incredible students and what they were able to achieve. Valerie would like to thank her fellow colleagues and talented students for all of their hard work and dedication to this project. Everyone truly came together as a team and created something that has never been done.
