Disney's High School Musical - December 01 - December 03, 2016

Harvest Park Middle School

 End Notes

Notes From the Director

I am extremely proud of this production. The quality of all kids involved are outstanding.  I can listen to the kids sing "What Ive Been Looking For"  reprise all day! However, a truely sucessful production involves more than what is presented on stage. It should not only be an artistic learning experience, but a personal one as well. I am extremly proud of the cooperation, mutual respect, the level of committment, energy and teamwork that the entire cast and crew have demonstrated.  These students have discovered that whether they have one line or 50 lines, were on or off stage, that everyone shares equally in the pride and sucess of such an accompishment.  Im so happy for them all, they will forever be united as the High School Musical drama family from HPMS.

Personally , I wish I could keep this family together forever, but as in real life they must leave us and spread their wings and go off and do great things.  This semester has been so enjoyable. I cant even recite all the funny events and one liners that have transpired.  We banter, we laugh, we are sometimes brutlly honest, but as all families, we know we can always count on each other and be their for one another.   Thank you parents for letting me share my time with your precious gift.  I can't wait to hear what the future has in store for them (and I dont mean who their HOCO date will be next year in high school, even thought that is all they are thinking about right now!  HA!)

Enjoy the show
