A veteran star of more than two dozen films, Victor may be best known for his roles as Magic Mike, the prison gang warlord in the cult hit BLOOD IN/BLOOD OUT, Eddie Murphy’s sidekick in THE DISTINGUISHED GENTLEMAN, and Antonio Banderas’ ill-fated brother in THE MASK OF ZORRO. He was in the award-winning “WHAT’S COOKING?” – a film that celebrates family, diversity and food and appears in THE LOST CITY, directed, written by and starring Andy Garcia. TV credits include guest starring roles on C.S.I. MIAMI, 24, MIAMI VICE, JAG, STAR TREK. Recurring star on NBC’s LIFE and THE BOLD AND THE BEAUTIFUL on CBS.
Stage credits include MARAT/SADE(Theatre Exchange), GOOSE AMID THE REVOLT(Odyssey), FORTY DEUCE(Actors Circle Theater).Victor is the National Spokesperson for the National Network to End Domestic Violence and the author of the acclaimed best-selling memoir A PRIVATE FAMILY MATTER.
Victor, his wife, Mim Eichler Rivas and their son, Eli Rivas are longtime residents of Hermosa Beach.

Cathy Shambley is an award winning actress, writer, teacher and director who is very excited to be appearing in the world premiere of The Ten Year Plan. A longtime member of the nationally-acclaimed Groundlings Improvisation company, Cathy has also worked in many television shows and movies including a series regular in Meet the Marks and Murder In Small Town X, New Girl, George Lopez, United States Of Tara, and Pizza Man with Bill Maher. Cathy continues to direct improvisation and comedy writing at The Groundlings and this past year she co-directed, along with Cary Jordahl, the Jerry Herman award winning Mira Costa High School Theater Department production of Peter Pan. Cathy is also a certified chef and expresses her "food and foto" fun through catering and blogging at ShowFoodChef.com and Facebook.com/ShowFoodChef. She wants to thank her family for their love and support and all of you for keeping the passion for live theatre.
