Isabel Leach
as Catherine Hiatt
Isabel Leach is thrilled to perform in The Last 5 Years as this is her first lead role! She’s a substitute teacher for Highlands County and enjoys teaching as well as learning with new students every day. Isabel has been a member of Highlands Lakeside Theater since 2021, on and off stage. While she’s been working behind the scenes recently on shows like Sweeney Todd, Disenchanted, and Happy Hour at Pink Place, she is excited to get back to performing!

Andrew Macbeth
as Jamie Wellerstein
Andrew Macbeth (Jamie) is in his seventh season here at HLT. He won the Zennon for Best Actor in a Leading Role for his portrayal of Jesus in ‘Jesus Christ Superstar’ in 2022, for his portrayal of Monty Navarro in the 2021 production of ‘A Gentleman’s Guide to Love and Murder’ and for the role of Bert in the 2018 production of ‘Mary Poppins.’ Additional past appearances on the HLT stage also include: The Devil in ‘Happy Hour at Pink Place’, Lloyd Dallas in ‘Noises Off!’, Stanley Kowalski in ‘A Streetcar Named Desire’, ‘I Love You, You’re Perfect, Now Change’, Franklin Hart, Jr. in ‘9 to 5’, Mortimer in ‘Arsenic and Old Lace’, and Chad in 'All Shook Up.’ Andrew is grateful to his family and friends for their love and support, but owes his return to the stage to the love of his life, his muse and music, Margaret. Lastly, Andrew would like to thank his little monkey, Elia, and tiny Thomas, Joseph, for being so wonderful and patient while daddy plays make believe.
