Jen Westergom
Director, Set Designer, Sound Designer, & Tech, Choreographer
Jen is the current president of HLT's Board of Directors. She is a lifetime member of HLT (more than 20 years) and has directed many shows over the years, including, most recently, Les Miserables and Mary Poppins. She would like to thank her amazing husband for his never ending support.

Kevin Hacker
Assistant Director, Set Forman, & Stage Manager
Kevin is a Zenon Award winning Assistant Director. He would like to thank the cast and crew for all their hard work, Jen Westergom for the opportunity to work with her again and his wife, Linda, for all her love and support.

Tracy Schuknecht
Music Director
Tracy has grown up at Highlands Little Theatre appearing on stage the first time at the age of seven. She directed her first main stage show, "To Kill a Mockingbird", in 2016. She has also directed music for many productions including "Les Miserables", "Grease", and "Mary Poppins", just to name a few. She was seen most recently as Tracy Turnblad in "Hairspray" and as Vernadette Sims in "The Dixie Swim Club". This year will mark the sixth year she has helped direct the Summer Theatre Institute at Highlands Little Theatre. She is passionate about helping young people participate in the performing arts. She is a teacher at Sebring Middle School and dedicates her performance to her husband Dave, and children Harper and Grant.
