Larissa Meagher

as Maria Rainer

Larissa Meagher has grown up at Highlands Lakeside Theatre. She is thankful and blessed to be playing the role of Maria. She would like to thank all of her friends and family for supporting her. Larissa is attending online courses at Valencia College and is planning on transferring to a UCF Theatre program in the fall.
Christi Hagen

as The Mother Abbess

Christi has been involved at HLT for 6 years. She was Lady Thiang in The King & I, the Bird Woman in Mary Poppins, Widow Corney in Oliver! and played keyboard in the live bands for Ring of Fire, Grease & All Shook Up. She also directed the music for All Shook Up. She is a co-director of the HLT Summer Theater Institute. For this production of Sound of Music, she is playing the role of Mother Abbess. Christi teaches Choir at Sebring High School. She is excited to have her husband, Steve, and her daughter, Elianna, in this production with her.
Megan Nosal

as Sister Berthe

This is Megan's first main stage production with HLT, and she is very excited and thankful to be sharing the stage with her two daughters, Juliet and Katelynn. Megan is a home-school teacher and assists her husband in their family business. Her favorite thing to do is to go on new adventures with her family. Megan has a deep passion for music, and also loves to cook.
Mariah Alvarez

as Sister Margaretta

This is Mariah’s first production with Highlands Lakeside Theatre. Currently a student at Valencia College in Orlando, Mariah is happy to be home and a part of this amazing production. Mariah graduated from Sebring High School in 2016, where she was actively involved in Acting, FFA, and The Spirit of Sebring Marching Band. A passion for theatre has led Mariah to work towards a degree in Theatre Arts where she hopes to create magic on and off the stage for audiences everywhere. Enjoy the show!
