Doug DeGirolamo
Doug DeGirolamo is currently the President and Founder of Hill Country Theatre. He graduated from DeSales University in 2010 with a BA in Theatre, specializing in Acting/Directing/Arts Administration. He served as a Company Manager and Administrative Intern for four years at the Pennsylvania Shakespeare Festival before moving to Louisiana to become the Artistic Director of the Thibodaux Playhouse in 2011 where he met his wife, Julia Chauvin. Doug is very proud and excited to have launched Hill Country Theatre and is thrilled to lead this venture to new heights in 2020!

Philip De Lossantos
Philip graduated with degrees in theatre from Lon Morris College and Angelo State University. He has been a theatre teacher throughout the state of Texas for 12 years now. During that time, he has worked with groups like Angelo Civic Theatre, Granbury Opera House, and the Stolen Shakespeare Guild in Fort Worth. It has always been a dream of his to help start a theatre company, and over the past year, that dream has come true. Philip would like to thank his wife, Kristen, and son, Nicholas, for their unbelievable amount of support throughout this process.

Natalie Kirschner
This native Californian moved to Texas in 2007 to raise her family in a (more) sane state. She holds a Radio-TV-Film degree from CSUN and an MBA from USC. A proud Aggie mom, she is the mother of two Eagle Scouts and four sons. All can sing, dance and act. An avid musical performer, she studied tap under Louis da Pron privately and was once a tour guide at Universal Studios Tour. A chance audition for a local production, The Night Before Christmas, led to a passionate return to the stage after a 28 year absence along with becoming a founding dance instructor at Balance Dance. Since 2012, she has been a repeat performer and teacher of youth and adults in everything from tap to musical theatre and ballroom. A former board member for Tapestry Dance Company, she is now a founding board member of HCT. Natalie also belongs to Mayfair Dance Club and is married for 29 years to Darin Kirschner, who volunteers his time and talents in design to both Tapestry and HCT.
