   HOUSE INFORMATION   

 

Admission  All individuals, including children of any age, need tickets for admission to our performances.

 

Accommodations for Disabilities  Rest rooms with accessible features are located in the Grand Hall.  Doormen and ushers are available to provide assistance.  Notice should be given at time of purchase if a wheelchair or disabled patron location is required. Assistant Listening Devices are available as a first come first serve basis at the box office.  The Performing Arts Center is equipped with an Automated External Defibrillator.

Recording Equipment The use of cameras, video cameras, tape recorders or other recording equipment is strictly prohibited.

 

Refreshments are located in the Grand Hall.  Drinks may be purchased prior to the performances and during intermission.  Unless otherwise noted at the theatre concession stands, beverages are not permitted in the theatre.

 

Rest Rooms  Lounges for Ladies and Gentlemen are located outside of the Grand Hall. A private family rest room with baby changing station is located near the trophy case in the Grand Hall.

 

Smoking Prohibited on school property.

 

Stage Area Limited to performers, staff, and authorized visitors.  All others are not permitted to be backstage at anytime.

 

Telephones A courtesy telephone is located in the Grand Hall, and we strongly encourage you to silence or turn off your mobile device while in the theater.

 

Emergency Evacuation In case of emergency, Performing Arts staff will make an announcement and provide evacuation instructions and assistance to patrons.

 

Fire Exits  Located in the theatre and clearly marked.  Use ONLY in case of emergency.

 

Child Policy  Unless a show is designated for younger audiences, tickets may not be purchased for children under the age of 3 years.  Such children will not be permitted to enter the theatre.  All children over 3 years of age must have a ticket for a seat next to the seat occupied by the adult accompanying the child.  Children disturbing the enjoyment of other theatre patrons may be removed from the theatre at the discretion of the House Manager.  No refund will be given.

Box Office  Monday - Friday: 9AM-3PM.  One Hour Prior to every performance

 

Late Arrivals / Early Departures  Latecomers and patrons re-entering the house during a performance will be seated at the discretion of the house manager. If you must leave the house during the performance, please do so at appropriate times.
