About the Director
Angelene Milne
Angelene is our very own country-bumpkin hailing from the far-off land of Louth.
From the moment she was born she was immersed in music, from which she learned to play piano, guitar, and the intricate art form of being able to strike the fear of god into her cast's hearts with a single look.
After studying Music Performance in Kylemore College she trained with Bull Alley Theatre Training Company for 3 years, where she observed the world of theatre and learned how to nurture and encourage a cast....with chains and whips.
After being inspired by Stanley Tucci's show stopping performance in the movie Burlesque, she decided to delve into the world of Broadway....Luckily she managed to escape alive.
Little did she know when she was fighting off hordes of screeching Liza Minnelli fans that she would one day end up directing a musical....That musical, ladies and gentlemen is '[title of show]' by Jeff Bowen & Hunter Bell.
Other than [title of show] her other projects include world domination and figuring out how to eliminate the other members of Ill-Advised so she can unleash her inner-diva centre stage.
