DIRECTORS NOTE
Welcome to our 2025 spring musical ANYTHING GOES
Looking back at the last few years and seeing where the program has come in such a short period of time is such a testament to the hard work and dedication demonstrated from our cast and crew members both former and present.
Sitting in the theatre waiting for the show to begin, please reflect on all of the time, energy, and dedication that each and every member of this cast from costumers, prop crew, and technical crew and of course the actors, to the back stage crew, choreographers, parent volunteers, community and administration that has made this happen. To say it takes a village is not enough. It takes heart from everyone involved.
In choosing a show year after year the director has to look back on what has been done, what show will now accommodate all that have previously put in their efforts and reward them and to challenge all of those new to the process of musical theatre production.
Our past shows have been huge successes and were hard acts to follow. So when choosing a show, it had to be so different from what was done. This offers different challenges ranging from the amount of dance required to the amount of scenery and props needed.
All of the above helps so many of us rise to the challenges given to us. We now have returning members of both cast and crew. Students who are aware of theatre etiquette and performance, students who are familiar with a tech rehearsal and running the boards, and sound equipment. This list goes on!!!
It is with great honor that I present to you the STUDENTS production of Anything Goes. With guidance they have once again risen to the challenge of producing a wonderful, creative, and outstanding production.
We thank you ALL for the support given to this program and we can only hope that we can continue this incredible program each and every year for so many to learn from, appreciate, and enjoy!!!
