Accessories Assistant
is mom to Cullen (class of 2026) and graduated Phil Carter (class of 2021). She doesn’t posses any sewing skills and trying to be creative makes her anxious, but she still loves volunteering with the Phils. Getting to know the kids offstage and watching them grow throughout a production makes it time well spent.

Mrs. Maile Gieseler
Dinner Director
is in her sixth year feeding the Phils. She is the mother of one former and one current Crew Chief. Her husband was also a Phils crew member – all of them serving as sound engineers. She enjoys the time she gets to spend with the students before they prepare to perform on stage. When not cooking for the Phils, she enjoys time with her six children and her first grandchild.

Mr. Michael Dardant, MME
Magic Consultant
has been the coach of Jesuit’s Improv Comedy Team, the J-Troupe, for the last decade. As a professional entertainer, Mike believes improv has provided the most inspiration and influence on his style of performance. As a magician, he has become one of the most decorated in North America having won some of the most prestigious international titles in the history of magic. Michael has been a consultant on several of the Phils productions in addition to music videos and films such as “Focus” and “The Lucky One”. Mike is also a member of “Funny Bones” improv team and host of the web series "Something Up My Sleeve."
