    is proud to be directing his third production at JBHS. Mr. Walsh has directed productions of The Laramie Project and Romeo & Juliet. Mr. Walsh studied Theatre at SUNY Buffalo State College, where he performed in the productions The TempestThe Heidi Chronicles, and Cabaret. Mr. Walsh also performed in productions in Buffalo's Theatre District, his favorite being Tennessee Williams' play Vieux Carré.  Before Mr. Walsh changed his career to education, he worked for 12 years at Broadway's largest non-profit theater company, The Roundabout Theatre Co. Mr. Walsh would like to thank Dr. Iannelli for her unwavering support for the arts and for our students' success, AP Rodriguez for her trust and belief in him, Mrs. Aily & Mr. Perkowski for their support, ideas, and talents. To his family and friends, for their constant support and love, and to the cast, each and every one of them has left a lasting impression on his heart! Break a leg!

    Assistant Director

    is thrilled to be working as Assistant Director on his second production at JBHS, having served in that role in last year's Romeo & Juliet. This is his second year at JBHS, but fourth year in education. Mr. Perkowski studied Media Communications at Molloy University, where he worked on various productions. After working in the Communications field, Mr. Perkowski returned to school to get his Master of Arts in Teaching English Education from SUNY Old Westbury. Mr. Perkowski is overjoyed to get the opportunity to work closely with the extraordinarily talented actors and actresses in the ACAW program. He would like to thank AP Rodriguez, Mrs. Aily, Dr. Iannelli, and the rest of the John Bowne staff. He is extremely thankful to Mr. Walsh for the opportunity to work on this production. Finally, he is eternally grateful to his wife, who is 8 months pregnant, for allowing him to work late for the last two months as he helped to bring this production to life.
