Sydney is a junior and this is her 5th show with Avalon. Sydney fell in love with theater when she got her first role as Annie in 4th grade- and then proceeded to get a very big head (don't worry, it went away). She's super excited to play Spongebob and is living proof that hard work DOES pay off! Have the best day ever :)
Mady Taxis

as Sandy

Mady Taxis is a junior at Champe. This is her second year in theater and sixth production at Avalon. She joined during last years musical and has taken choir since her freshman year. She's very excited to be playing Sandy Cheeks in this year's musical and can't wait for the upcoming productions for her senior year.

Alexis McGuffin

as Squidward

Alexis McGuffin is a junior in highschool. She has been acting since she was in middle school and absolutely loves it. Alexis McGuffin is not only an actress, but she also plays on the varsity tennis team. She did tennis and Spongebob the Musical at the same time. It was a challenge because whenever she had to miss a rehearsal to go to a tennis match, she would have to learn whatever they learned that day, by herself, but she got through it. She managed to stay on honor roll all throughout the production plus playing tennis and managed to maintain a 3.9 GPA. She loves the theater community, everyone is so nice and supportive and hopes you enjoy the production!
