Laura has worked around the world as a Director, Producer, Photographer and Casting Director. TV credits include “The Sound of Music Live!”, “Lincoln Rhyme: Hunt for the Bone Collector” on NBC and “Just Roll With It” on Disney Channel. Casting Director credits range from large-scale events to award-winning films and commercials. Founder & Artistic Director of KOTA Productions, Laura has Directed & Produced work at The Pershing Square Signature Center, Theatre Row, and Symphony Space, to name a few. Alex-Renèe Davies

Alex-Renèe Davies is an East-Coast based vocal coach whose students have been seen on Broadway, National Tours, and beyond in productions such as Matilda, The Lion King, A Bronx Tale, Anastasia, Tina: the Tina Turner Musical, The Sound of Music, School of Rock, Annie, and more! A singer-songwriter and activist, Alex’s original work has been featured all over the U.S. with the primary goal of raising awareness and funds for worthy causes. As a coach, Alex loves to see her students make good bolder in the industry as they grow in technique, artistry, and confidence

Jeorgi Smith
Choreographer, Asst. Director
Jeorgi has been working within the performing arts industry since the age of five and has performed in multiple commercials, films, regional theater, and Off-Broadway. She is a graduate of Fairleigh Dickinson University with her BA in Theater Arts: Acting. Jeorgi recently originated the roles of Sophie/ Jessica/ Laura in the first US National Tour of Judy Moody & Stink and the role of Meep in US national tour of Your Alien presented by ArtsPower National Touring Theatre. Some of of her professional production credits include A Little Princess and Annie Warbucks Off- Broadway at the Pershing Square Signature Center (Choreographer), High School Musical Youth Production at Theatre Row (Director) and Dance Divas Nutcracker Off- Broadway at Theater Row (Assistant Director). Jeorgi recently served as Director of Dramatic Arts for Kids to Kids, a non-profit organization that provides classes and extracurricular activities for students with disabilities.
