(Choreographer) former dancerperformer, trained in jazz, ballroom and Latin dancing in NYC; has traveled & performed with artists Phil Black & Arthur Levitt in Europe, the Caribbean & NYC. As a current ESL instructor at LHS, she was the Adviser of the Dance, Latin Dance Club & the dance team at Clifton Ave. Grade School. This is her first year in choreography & she is very proud of the team. Good Luck to the cast & dancers of "Hairspray"!

Lauren Galarza

(Choreographer) LHS Alumni, math & science teacher at Bay Head School & Head Choreographer for the Lakewood Blue Claws Jr. Dance Team. Has danced w/ Jon Bon Jovi's Arena football team, the Philadelphia Soul as a Soulmate; choreogrpher for the Jr. Soulmates. As a senior, choreographed the LHS production of The Wiz, cast as Cha-Cha in Grease. Teaches dance at Lakewood School of Dance, Denise Daniels's Dance Studio, Brick & Once Upon a Dance in Toms River.
