Mission Statement
Our goal is to create a safe environment outside of school where students can explore their creativity and feel a sense of acceptance and belonging while learning valuable life-skills.
We strive to utilize innovative methods to teach presentational skills while enriching the local community.
LAPA Now a Non-Profit Entity
It's official! In April, Lanai Academy of Performing Arts (LAPA) announced it is now a 501(c)3 non-profit entity. Prior to acquiring its own entity, Tri-Isle Resource Conservation and Development Council (Tri-Isle RC&D), was its fiscal sponsor. Tri-Isle's Executive Director John Hau'oli Tomoso, congratulated Matt Glickstein, executive director, Zena Kageno, artistic director and choreographer, and Adam Beckwith, acting director, for the hard work they've put into LAPA.
