We hope everyone enjoyed the show as much as the directors, the cast, and all
the crew enjoyed putting it together (yes, even with all the stress and practice).
This year's production combined the unique and varied talents of over 70 people. The entire ensemble have some special thanks to several people who have worked with us and supported us through the production:
- John and Stephanie Hand for years of building, painting, long days and evenings, donations of materials and most importantly your time. We ALL appreciate your willingness to work and your positive attitude throughout. Thank you.
- Christy Balaskewitz, who was always willing to walk and talk me through all the things I needed to get done, money wise, to both raise funds and spend funds to keep drama club going. And you did so cheerfully! Thank you.
- The faculty and staff of Liberty County High School, most especially Mrs. Landreaux, Mrs. McComack, and Mrs. Miller for your generous donations and loans of costumes, props, makeup and materials.
- The families of all members of the ensemble for their patience for the long hours of practice and work which included driving back and forth to the school multiple times per week for drop offs and pick ups. Thank you for your understanding of the time and commitment necessary for your students to help make this production a success.
- Mr. Benjamin Nicholson and the rest of the custodial staff at LCHS. Thank you for all of your hard work!
- I personally need to thank Mrs. Amanda Smith, our art director, Ms. Adrian Opper, our music director, and RaSaan Daniels and Gracie Byler, our choreograhers, who gave their time, voluntarily, to myself and the students of drama club. Without y'all, this production would not have happened. Please know how much you are apreciated.
I also need to thank my husband who, for the past 8 years, has supported me in doing something unexpected, but something that I truly enjoy.
