It's a tale as old as time...
When I first found out I was going to be working at Ligon last May, I was just like Belle - My nose stuck in a book, daydreaming of my future classroom and students, but mostly eager for adventure in the great wide somewhere. And that’s what I’ve had, every day. Big adventures and small ones too. All with the incredible people in this company.
This production has been a massive undertaking by our students, teachers, parents, guardians, administrators and more. The Ligon community is truly what brought this legendary show to our stage, and you will see each person’s hard work shine throughout this show.
To our audiences, I thank you for taking the time to support Ligon Musical Theatre. Just by being here you are advocating for theatre in our schools and ensuring that amazing theatre makers like our students have access to the arts to and a safe place to create in the arts.
