    Director/Co-Choreographer

Kathryn Phelps is honored to be directing her third show with Love Your City Theater. After directing Frozen Jr. and Peter Pan, she is thrilled to add Newsies to the list. Kathryn has been involved in the theater world for over ten years now. From performing as Annie in her debut role, over a decade ago, to now being in the director’s chair, one could say this is nothing short a full circle moment for her. A few of her favorite roles have included, Millie in Thoroughly Modern Millie, Belle in Beauty and the Beast, and Ella in Cinderella. Although Kathryn enjoyed every bit of performing, she has found she enjoys the production side of things much more. After now being involved with production for over five years, she is elated to add this latest piece of work to her resume. She would like to thank her parents, family members, and every friend who has supported her endeavors up until this point.
