Welcome to the Lowell High School Student Theater Company production of Mary Poppins. The students have worked feverishly over the past ten weeks. They have risen above all obstacles including Mother Nature to bring to the stage a production we are all very proud of.
As a student theater company, all aspects of today’s performance will be executed by the students. Lights, costume changes, sets and scenery and even the flying are all the products of hard work and determination by our students at Lowell High School.
Of course none of this would be possible with out the love and support of several people. We would like to thank Marianne Busteed our Head of School, the Lowell School Committee, our custodial staff, and the teachers in the Fine Arts Department for their support of this endeavor. A very special shout out goes to the Theater Parents organization for all of their help and guidance.
Finally we would like to start a new tradition and dedicate our production to someone who has gone above and beyond to make a difference for the students and our production. This year we dedicate our show to a very special woman. She has worked on all aspects from costuming, to props, to fund raising, to organizing our program and never saying no to anything we needed.
