Catfish Moon - October 17 - October 18, 2018

Madison County High School

 DIRECTOR'S NOTE

"Let’s go fishing!"

Welcome to the first show of Red Raider Theatre’s 2018-2019 season!

“Catfish Moon” at its simplest is about friendship.  Some friends come and go, while others stick around for a lifetime.  Relationships change as we each go down our own path in life. Often times, we’re content to let these friendships from our youth fade as we move into adulthood.  Some friendships, however, are worth saving. We come to realize that life is too precious and too short to let true friendship get away.

In “Catfish Moon,” fishing is the characters’ way of finding the relationships they once had with each other.  Lots of us are looking for that common denominator that will enhance our long-time relationships. So if you are one of those looking, sit back and enjoy the show.

When all else fails - Let’s go fishing!
