Vanessa Engel

as Eunice Mallow/Olive/Hannah White

Vanessa develops student creativity and curiosity as both director of MCT's Kids' Acting Academy and as Extended Learning Program coordinator at Lenihan Intermediate School. She has appeared in many MCT and MCC shows, including "Evil Dead the Musical", "Leading Ladies", and "House of Blue Leaves". Vanessa also directed MCT's production of "The Fox on the Fairway".
Stacy Heil

as Thomas/Wilfred/Mr. White

Stacy plays many roles at MCT. He sings, acts, directs, and designs sound. Credits include leading roles in "You're a Good Man, Charlie Man", "Evil Dead the Musical", and "Into the Woods", along with his directing debut "Jack the Ripper". Daughter Allison has also taken the MCT stage. Stacy sings bass in the Marshalltown Men's Chorus and the barbershop quartet, mTunes.
Lisa Naig

as Ursula Mallow/Mary/Mrs. White

Board President Lisa volunteers many hours both on and off the stage at MCT. Besides leading our restoration efforts, she has headed production crews, directed, and performed many memorable roles. Recent credits include "Grease", "Jack the Ripper", and "Play On". Lisa is the proud parent of two dogs and a cat and is an avid football and basketball fan. Go Cyclones!
Benjamin Charles James Paper

as Mr. Owens/Jem Benson/Sergeant Major

Ben says it's great to return to the stage to do what he loves. In 2019, he wowed audiences as Danny in MCT's production of "Grease". Son of Jason and Val Paper, Ben is a recent graduate of BCLUW and appeared at UNI in "You Can't Take It with You". When he's not working at Bruin Automatic Molding or acting, you can find Ben singing and playing guitar. Welcome back to MCT!
Carter Richerodt

as Rogers/George/Mr. Miggins

Carter is back with MCT after appearing in "Grease" as the crooning Teen Angel, a Shemp of all trades in "Evil Dead the Musical", and William in "Jack the Ripper". Carter is a graduate of Marshalltown High School where he was active in both the music and theater department. He works at Athene in West Des Moines and resides in the little hamlet of Rhodes.
