Joseph will always have a special place in my heart, as it was my first ever show to direct and choreograph at a summer camp when I was 18 years old. Being new to the Marvin Ridge community, I wanted to bring a production filled with one word: fun! I also knew that I wanted to bring something new and exciting to MRMS by performing our show on the MRHS stage. I can not thank Mr. Sims and the faculty at MRHS enough for making this collaboration happen.
Joseph is a great example of true musical theatre storytelling with so many charming moments, charismatic characters, and catchy tunes. My vision of this production was to tell the famous ancient story and make every song as exciting and engaging as the next. I had an irresistible cast, crew, and production team that helped make this vision come to life. This has truly been an “amazing” experience to direct and choreograph Joseph at Marvin Ridge. As you watch, I encourage you to remember your dreams, to believe that dreams can be achieved, and that amazing things can happen. We are so excited to share this journey with you all. Enjoy!
