Corie McHugh
Director/Choreographer
Corie McHugh is thrilled to be teaching her 2nd year at MRMS after working in the south Bronx for ten years. She holds a BA in Theatre from FSU and a MA in Theatre Education from NYU. During the summer, she is the theatre department head of Sports and Performing Arts Camp Island Lake. Mrs. McHugh was so honored to have been nominated for MRMS' teacher of the year. Mrs. McHugh would like to thank all of the students for their hard work, Mrs. Godbey, Mrs. McGehee and Mrs. Messner for their dedication, Mr. Sims for his time and collaboration, her parents for always being so supportive and her husband, Jackie, and 3 year old son, Miles, for their love.

Amanda Godbey
Music Director
Amanda Y. Godbey is excited to be the Musical Director in Marvin Ridge Middle School’s production of Zombie Prom. She has a BA in Special Education from Appalachian State University and a BA in music from Winthrop University. She has been teaching for 30 years and has been the musical director in a variety of productions. It is her pleasure to work with the amazing director, Corie McHugh, creative and expert costume designer, Tara McGehee, and the talented cast of Zombie Prom. Parents, thank you for sharing, supporting, and encouraging your child throughout this production. To the audience, we appreciate your support of the Arts Education in school.
