    Lucas was last scene on this stage as Quasimodo in the musical  "The Hunchback of Notre Dame." Before that Lucas was Jonas Nightengale in the Chicagoland Premiere of "Leap of Faith".  At 4 he played the Footstool in "Beauty and the Beast." Since that time he has played roles in 25+ different productions. Along with the role of Quasimodo, Lucas’ favorite roles include Gavroche, Tiny Tim (Scrooge), Edgar (Ragtime) Oliver Twist (Oliver), Colin (Secret Garden), Winthrop (The Music Man), Jack (Into the Woods), and Curtis in MHS's outstanding production of "Sister Act." His successful run as Jonas in "Leap of Faith" earned him the Best Actor Award at MHS. Lucas is also very proud of winning Best of Show at The Indiana State Thespian Conference with his duet, "Devil Take the Hindmost" in 2017. Lucas is also a senior honor student, and a member of the MHS Vocalteens, a group his grandfather Jerauld Reinhart founded.

    JaLeah was last seen in Scrooge 2018 but also spent her summer on this stage with RSMT's Hunchback of Notre Dame.  JaLeah is also a member of the advanced choir, Choralteens and Vocalteens.  She is excited that her first lead in a musical is in the musical MEMPHIS, portraying the character, Felicia.

    Jordan was last seen as Clopin in "The Hunchback of Notre Dame" and in the Chicagoland premiere of "Leap of Faith" as a featured dancer and an Angel. Jordan is a senior at Merrillville High School but is no stranger to the stage. He has played a gangster in "Sister Act," an award-winning performance in "DRIFT". He is an active member of MHS Thespians and performs all year long with the MHS Advanced Choir Vocalteens.

    as Bobby

    Maleek's first musical was Scrooge and since that debut in 2018, he has performed in Leap of Faith,  Ross Music Theatre's Huncback of Notre Dame, and Scrooge again.  Each show garnered him a bigger role and now, as a senior, he is ecited to be performing his biggest role yet, Bobby. Maleek is also a member of the MHS Advance choirs Choralteens, and Vocalteens.
