NOTES FROM THE VOCAL DIRECTOR:

To our Seniors, Four years ago, many of you auditioned for the musical and were given the opportunity to be involved in our wonderful production of Les Miserables. You have been a part of some amazing MCHS musicals since then, including The Little Mermaid!  You have been an amazing bunch of cast members who have made a wonderful impact on MCHS musicals. Here you are, performing in your last show, and “If Only” we could have you stay for one more year! I appreciate your leadership and modeling on stage for those “Poor Unfortunate Souls” coming after you! They have big shoes to fill!! You are an amazing group and have been very professional with your singing, dancing and acting on stage each practice and performance this year.  I love you guys and I am excited for what lies ahead for you in your musical careers! Best of luck in your future endeavors! Make your last show count!!

NOTES FROM THE ASSISTANT DIRECTOR:

To the cast and crew, “I am so proud of everyone for their dedication to ‘Disney’s The Little Mermaid’.  This fantastic performance could not have been accomplished without your enthusiasm and hard work. Even when we decided to add puppets, flying elements, special effects, etc. on top of an already demanding show, you continued to exceed my expectations.”

Student Directors, “Thank you for making the life of a director easier by assuming many responsibilities over the course of the musical season. You have anticipated our needs and your hard work has not gone unnoticed.” Seniors, “It has been an honor directing you.  You have grown so much from the first time you set foot on stage, all the way to this point, your last show. Your leadership, commitment, and talented performances have made ‘The Little Mermaid’ a very memorable experience. Good luck in your future endeavors. I will thoroughly miss each and every one of you.”
