To the cast and crew, “I am so proud of everyone for their dedication to ‘Grease’.  It was great to see your enthusiasm, flexibility, and hard work that made this musical a success.”  Student Directors, “Thank you for making the life of a director easier by assuming many responsibilities and anticipating our needs.  You have shown great leadership throughout the musical season.”  Seniors, “It has been an honor directing you.  Your leadership, commitment, and talented performances have made directing each musical a memorable experience.  I will thoroughly miss each and every one of you.”

 

 

NOTE FROM Mrs. Patricia Grawey-Beeler (Choreographer)

Seniors, congratulations on your final show! Your number of years on stage may not be the same, but your commitment to the MCHS Musical Tradition and this show has been. Your leadership and drive helped us stay focused, strive for excellence, and present a show to be proud of. Over the past four years, I have watched you grow into accomplished performers as well as remarkable young adults. It has been an honor to be part of your lives; I am going to miss you.

 

Cast, congratulations! You can now rock-n-roll, shimmy, stroll, and hand jive with the best of them because you are some of the best. All those hours of rehearsal, all the concentration to bend knees, point toes, and keep on count have resulted in a fantastic show. I hope you have enjoyed the experience because I have enjoyed sharing it with you. I am proud to be your choreographer and hope you continue to believe in yourselves and your ability to accomplish any goal you set.

 

Parents, your support is an integral part of our success. Thank you for entrusting your children to me, and allowing me to share my passion for dance with them.

 

 

NOTE FROM Mr. Jeff Eaton (Set Construction Manager)

Tamara and Glen Dorman–The last four years working with both of you have truly been a pleasure. Your contributions over the last four years to the success of these shows cannot be measured in words. I will truly miss you both next year. Thank you.

 

Parent volunteers - Neil Craig, Nathan Higgins, David, and Michelle Grant. Thank you! We had an ambitious schedule this year and we could not have finished when we did without you. Your help was greatly appreciated. 

 

Seniors – Well that was a quick four years. I want to thank you for being a major part of why the shows have been such a tremendous success over the last four years and one of the reasons that I have enjoyed my time as Set Construction Director. I am confident that both of you will be successful in your next endeavors. You will be missed next year. Thank you!

 

Parents – I have had the privilege of working with your kids over the last 10 weekends and some of them for the last 3 years. You truly have amazing kids. I also want to thank you for understanding about the flexible hours, I know we didn’t always work the scheduled hours due to various reasons, so thank you for your flexibility.
