Anessa Ruggles
as Elle Woods
Anessa Ruggles (18) will be portraying Elle Woods this evening, the daughter of Marc and Betsy Ruggles, and she could not be more excited! Anessa has been a part of the Monroeville Drama Department for the past 4 years. She has been involved in numerous productions, including Cinderella, The Wizard of Oz, and Little Shop of Horrors. Anessa is a consecutive honor roll student. She is also involved in the National Honors Society and is serving her second term as the Monroeville FFA President. Outside of school, Anessa is currently serving as the 2024 Huron County Jr. Fair Queen. After high school, Anessa plans to attend Ohio Northern University, where she will study Early Childhood Education with an Intervention Specialist license. Anessa is very excited for her last performance with the Monroeville Drama Department, and she hopes that you enjoy the show.

Cyler Bellamy
as Emmett Forrest
Cyler Bellamy (16) is the freshman son of Glenn and Jessica Bellamy. He will be playing the role of Emmett in our show. Cyler loves performing, and this show marks his 11th onstage. He has appeared in several shows for Monroeville at both the high school and middle school levels. He has played in the 'The Wizard of Oz', 'Aladdin Kids', 'Little Shop of Horrors', 'A Christmas Carol'. Cyler is also involved in theater at the Bellevue Society for the Arts. He has appeared onstage in their Teen Theater as an Ancestor in 'The Addams Family', and as Sneak Thief in 'The Musical Adventures of Flat Stanley'. Cyler is an honor roll student and a member of the Monroeville HS choir. In his free time, he enjoys gaming with friends, spending time with his family, singing karaoke, drawing & creating characters and stories.
