Director
Krissy McGregor (Director) has been a fan of James and the Giant Peach ever since her 2nd grade teacher read it out loud to her class and she has really enjoyed bringing it to life on stage with this wonderful group of kids. This is her second show with MVCCT, having previously choreographed Charlie and the Chocolate Factory last fall. Other recent credits include Into the Woods (Director), You’re a Good Man Charlie Brown (Choreographer), and Almost, Maine (Assistant Director) with The Arlington Players and Annie (Director) with The Little Theatre of Alexandria. Love to Scott, Colton, and Liam!

Amy has been working with MVCCT since 2010 in music direction: Charlie & the Chocolate Factory, Matilda, Shrek, Little Mermaid, Joseph..., Mary Poppins, Bye Bye Birdie. Creative Cauldron: Charlotte's Web, Marry Me a Little, Thunder Knocking on the Door. Keegan Theatre: Man of La Mancha. DC Area: Company (WATCH nomination), Jesus Christ Superstar, Secret Garden. Amy often music directs and performs in cabarets at The Arts Club of Washington, Shakespeare Theatre Company, the French Embassy, and Washington Women in Theatre Festival. Acting: Pallas Theatre Collective (Member)-Crazy Mary Lincoln, Fall of the House of Usher, Code Name: Cynthia. Signature Theatre: Threepenny Opera (u/s), Beaches (u/s-performed), Revenge of the Understudies 2013 & 2014, Company (u/s-performed), Sycamore Trees (u/s). DC Area: Cabaret (WATCH nomination), Kiss Me Kate (WATCH nomination). TV: Nightmare Next Door. Amy is Director of Music & Arts at Unity of Fairfax and teaches piano/voice.
