Director's Notes
Well it arrived at last. The support from this district has been so stellar that I felt obliged to give our community it's first MHHS musical. Musicals are a very different beast than a standard play. It is truly a community effort and that is what this has been an amazing experience. The help I received from my parents, my students, and espcially my colleagues, has been tremendous. It takes alot of hours of blood, sweat, and tears to create a community art peice. I have always said that theater is more about what you must overcome rather than what you can do. That is why it is so essential to have a program like this in any community. The skills of adaptability, fortitude, and collaboration are an invaluable addition to the students of our program. These experiences stay with us a lifetime. Most of us still remember our high school productions, no matter how long ago it may have been. Theater gives us a place to belong. It is our pleasure to give to you the benefits of what we have accomplished together and hope that you enjoy our very first musical here at MHHS. With luck and support, their will be more to come.

“Here's to the crazy ones. The misfits. The rebels. The troublemakers. The round pegs in the square holes. The ones who see things differently. They're not fond of rules. And they have no respect for the status quo. You can quote them, disagree with them, glorify or vilify them. About the only thing you can't do is ignore them. Because they change things. They push the human race forward. And while some may see them as the crazy ones, we see genius. Because the people who are crazy enough to think they can change the world, are the ones who do.”
