Karlie Dodds
Karlie Dodds has trained and performed for three decades across Utah, Los Angeles, and New York City, studying jazz, ballet, contemporary, lyrical, modern, hip hop, tap, and musical theatre. Her early training began in the Stars Dance Program, then continued at Synergy Dance Academy, Janet Gray Studios, and Ballet West, followed by dancing on the Bingham High School Minerettes Drill Team. She later trained at Millennium Dance Complex, Broadway Dance Center, Alvin Ailey, and with Expansion Dance Company under Bonnie Story (High School Musical).
Karlie holds a minor in Modern Dance from the University of Utah, teaches at The Hive Dance Studio, and will begin teaching in the youth program at Hale Centre Theatre in January 2026. Karlie is part of the Utah Jazz NBA Hype Team for the 2025–26 season, contributing to the game-day atmosphere. She welcomes new choreography, collaborations, and private students. Karlie loves helping young performers tell their stories through movement and is grateful for the joy this Fiddler cast has brought her!
