Dr. Minta Hardman
Director
is the administrator of Mountain View Christian Academy and also serves as the Drama teacher. Although never in any formal theatrical productions, Minta has done plays and skits in church all of her life. Having been shaped herself through Christian drama, she has a heart for giving students the opportunity to share their creative talents for the glory of the Lord. In the Greatest Escape, she is the Challenge Master, Dr. Smith, in the Office room. She loves working with the students to build their confidence and show them that they can present the gospel message through script.

Dustin Faltz
Director
is first and foremost a Christian who also happens to be a seasoned, multi award-winning, licensed educator with decades of experience with both secondary and post-secondary education. Perhaps most importantly he is thrilled to be taking over English and Public Speaking for Mrs. Miley! From scripted speeches to college essays and beyond, you can rest assured that your children will be receiving quality instruction from this extremely enthusiastic individual!

Tom Stephenson
Technical Director
is the master of all things audio visual for the last 38 years, and had been in charge of the sound design elective since its beginning. He worked 33 years for the Army Corp of Engineers as a professional engineer.

Tammi Lynne Cooke
Sound Design
is in year 17 at MVCA, where she taught 2nd grade for 10 years, and is on year seven as the Labrary Lady and attends New Life Christian Church here in Winchester. As well as being on year 17 here, she is also in season 17 at Winchester Little Theatre, where she spends a lot of time both on- and off-stage. She gives God the glory for everything!
