as Tracy Turnblad

Gibault sophomore Thérèse Beabout is ecstatic to be playing Tracy in HAIRSPRAY (a.k.a. her soul sister of Broadway). She has been in several shows including "Little Women" (Little Amy), "Jesus Christ Superstar," and "Song of Bernadette." Thérèse would like to thank her awesome ride- the Muellers!
M. Babcock

as Edna Turnblad

"I'm so thrilled to be playing Edna for my second play with the Muellers (imagine this in a raspy voice)," says M. Babcock, an 8th grader at ICS. Previous shows include "The Music Man" (Marcellus), "Thoroughly Modern Millie" (Bun Foo), "Mulan Jr." (Shang), "Once Upon a Mattress," "The Wizard of Oz," "Annie," "Fiddler on the Roof," and "Cotton Patch Gospel." "...I would like to thank the academy, my mom, but mostly the academy."
Taylor M. Smith

as Motormouth Maybelle

Taylor, a junior at Gibault, is returning for her second year with the Mueller Family Theatre Project as Motormouth Maybelle and Brenda in HAIRSPRAY. Some of her favorite roles include Muzzy in "Thoroughly Modern Millie" (MFamTP), Mama Euralie in "Once on This Island Jr" (Actors' Attic), and Marmee in "Little Women" (GCHS). Other previous shows include "The Miracle Worker," "Song of Bernadette," and "Meet Me in St. Louis." Taylor would like to thank her mother and the Muellers.
Zach Thompson

as Link Larkin

Zach Thompson, a sophomore at GCHS, is so excited for playing Link in HAIRSPRAY. Some of his favorite past roles include Flounder in "The Little Mermaid (Actors' Attic), Willum Cubbert in "The Nerd" (GCHS), and Jerom in "South Pacific" (WHS). Zach has also performed in "Little Women," "The Wizard of Oz," and "Once on This Island Jr."
