Jake Daniels

as Seaweed J. Stubbs

Jake Daniels, a sophomore at GCHS, is thrilled to be expanding his acting portfolio and having the challenge. Along with Seaweed, he has played many other roles in shows, including playing the title role in "The Nerd" (GCHS), the Silent King in "Once Upon a Mattress" (ICS), and Soubirous in "Song of Bernadette" (GCHS). He has also acted in "The Cotton Patch Gospel" and "Little Women." Jake would like to thank the Muellers for inviting him in and all his fellow actors.
Maya Speckhard

as Penny Pingleton

Maya Speckhard, a freshman at Columbia High School, is thrilled to be playing Penny in HAIRSPRAY. This is her first year with the Mueller Family Theatre Project, and she is extremely happy with all the new, challenging and exciting opportunities they have provided her. Her favorite roles have been Dorothy in "The Wizard of Oz" and Ariel in "The Little Mermaid." She has performed in other productions including "Oklahoma," "Anything Goes," and "Curtains." "I'd liked to thank my family, my awesome cast, and my fantastic line-running crew (a.k.a. my youth group)!"

S. A. Mueller, a GCHS freshman, is "over the moon" to be playing Corny in HAIRSPRAY. Previous shows include "Charlotte's Web" (Wilbur), "Seussical Jr." (Elephant Bird), "Aladdin Jr." (Iago), "Thoroughly Modern Millie," "Peter Pan," and "Once On This Island Jr." "I give my sincerest thanks to all who helped me get where I am today by supporting me. Your support and acceptance help me everyday."

as Amber Von Tussle

Abby, a junior at GCHS, is proud to be playing Amber in the MFamTP's sixth production, HAIRSPRAY. Some of her past favorite roles include Mrs. Meers in "Thoroughly Modern Millie" (MFamTP), Helen Keller in "The Miracle Worker" (GCHS), and the Sour Kangaroo in "Seussical Jr." (Actors' Attic). Previous shows include "Peter Pan," "Joseph...," and "Jesus Christ Superstar." She would like to thank her family, friends, cats, YSP, GCHS, MaryBeth Babcock, and God.
