Claire Lubeck (Choreographer) Claire Marie has been performing on stage since she was an infant. As a featured actor in many local theatrical productions, Claire has enjoyed portraying many characters; Winnie Foster in MTW's Tuck Everlasting at Fort Gordon Dinner Theatre, Sophie in Momma Mia with the Augusta Players, Peter Pan in GRAY's production of that name, as well as many other musicals. Claire also recently finished filming a movie here in Augusta, adding that to her resume. Claire has been choreographing MTW's productions for a few years, as well as working with our JTF competitive team's yearly musical adventures. Claire is also a visual artist and anime enthusiast. She is currently working on numerous artistic projects. Claire is continuing her theatrical training and looks forward to that time she can move onto the professional stage.
Cindy Wilkinson (Music Director) Cindy Wilkinson could not be prouder of this PETER PAN cast and crew and is deeply grateful for the privilege of serving alongside them all. Cindy's previous appearances as music director with MTW are James and the Giant Peach, Into the Woods Jr, Tuck Everlasting, and The Little Mermaid. For more than 40 joyful years, she has had the privilege of serving as a musician in the church and as a collaborative pianist, conductor, composer/arranger, and piano teacher in the community. Most recently, she served at Trinity on the Hill United Methodist Church and Mosaic Church Evans. As a collaborative pianist, Cindy has partnered with hundreds of individual performers and worked with many local arts groups, including the Augusta Symphony, Augusta Choral Society, Augusta Opera Initiative, Augusta University's Department of Music, Concerts with a Cause, St. Paul's Episcopal Church, Ft. Gordon Dinner Theatre, the Augusta Players, the Augusta Junior Players and Storyland Theatre. She manages a very active piano studio with 25 students. She graduated summa cum laude from Appalachian State University with degrees in Piano Performance and Music Education and also holds an MBA in Arts Administration from the University of South Carolina. Cindy is happily married to Randy and the grateful mother of Robert (Zoe & Poppy, too!) Samuel and Beverly (Margot, the sassy cat, too!)
Shay Thames (Stage Manager) Shay Thames is 19 years old and proud to be making his debut as Stage Manager for Musical Theatre Workshop's production of Peter Pan. Shay is a lead teacher at MTW and has been an Assistant Director for Honk, Jr and Alice in Wonderland, Jr. He has also been part of the backstage crew on many MTW productions including Madagascar, Jr, Willy Wonka, Jr and The Grunch. Shay enjoys the theatre on and off the stage and is looking forward to his role as Stage Manager for MTW's Spring production of Shrek the Musical.
