as Wanelle

Janet is reprising her role as Wanelle (Farce of Nature, 2015). Janet has been performing at NHCT since 2004. Retired since January, Janet loves spending time traveling and playing pickleball. She is looking forward to her husband, Mike, retiring at the end of the year and the adventures that are yet to come.
Mike Morehouse

as D Gene

Farce of Habit marks Mike's 15th season performing with NHCT. He is honored and excited to share the stage once again with his real life wife Janet Morehouse as they reprise their roles as D Gene and Wanelle Wilburn. Mike is soon to be retired as Director of Industrial Operations at the Achievement Center in Opelika. He and Janet have 2 children, 2 children-in-law, and 4 grandchildren. He and Janet enjoy travel, spending time with family and each other, and they look forward to being retired "together." Mike wishes to dedicate his performance to Roy & Barbara Royster, Susie Lanier, and Cliff Glover. Wonderful friends and faithful supporters of NHCT.
Lydia Johnson

as Maxie

Lydia Johnson is glad to be returning to the stage as Sergeant Maxine Suggs. She resides in Valley with her husband, Curt and their dogs, cats and occasionally their sons Evan and Kit. She thanks her much better half for the love and support. She also thanks you all for supporting NHCT. Enjoy the show!
Laura Bright

as Jenna

Laura is making her debut at the New Horizon Theatre. She has recently moved to Georgia from Virginia where she actively participated in community theatre in the Richmond area. Laura would like to thank the cast and crew for welcoming her to the team. She would also like to thank her husband and her parents for their loving support.
