Garner Dorminy

as Horton the Elephant

Garner is a senior at Springwood School and has been involved with the theatre for four years. His first show was The Christmas Carol as Young Scrooge. Some of his favorite shows he has been in since are The Outsiders as Ponyboy, Charlie Brown as Snoopy, Clue! as Wadsworth, and Grease as Kenicke. He hopes you enjoy the show!
Gavin Cates

as The Cat in the Hat

Gavin is eighteen years old and recently graduated from Troup High School. He has been a part of 20 shows. Some of his favorite roles have been, Joseph in Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, and Doody in Grease the Musical. He wants to thank everyone for the opportunity and hopes you all enjoy the show.
Ella Cates

as Jojo

Ella is ten years old. She has been a part of many theater productions. Her favorite show so far has been Frozen. Outside of theater, she enjoys playing and singing. If she could be friends with any Dr. Seuss character, she would choose the Cat in the Hat because he is lots of fun! Ella would like to thank her mom and dad.

as Gertrude McFuzz

Jenna is no stranger to the theatre! She is a junior at Troup High School and has been a part of 25 shows. Her favorite production was Grease. Jenna enjoys hanging out with her friends and her favorite Dr. Seuss character is the Cat in the Hat. She would like to say thank you to her parents for all of their support.
Mary Beth Brown

as Mayzie LaBird

Mary Beth is a senior at Springwood and when she is not on stage, she is activly working to help raise money for orphans through Lifeline Children Services. She hopes you enjoy this production as much as she has enjoyed being a part of it!
