as Truvy Jones
(Rising Senior) Erin is ecstatic to perform at the International Thespian Festival in the role of Truvy Jones. She feels so honored to spread Robert Harling's wise and witty words, and has learned so much from Truvy and this show. Some of her favorite credits include: Grease (Sandy), You Can’t Take it With You (Essie), Rent (dance captain), Flowers for Algernon (Alice Kinnian), and Anything Goes. as Annelle Dupuy-Desoto
(Rising Junior) Jovanna is delighted to perform as Annelle Dupuy-Desoto. When Jovanna is not portraying this beauty apprentice she can be found dancing in public, napping, or procrastinating. Jovanna has been in several productions before, such as Grease (Beauty School Dancer), Carousel (Snow Child), Shrek the Musical (Duloc Dancer), and South Pacific (Ngana). Even though she has been in many shows, "Steel Magnolias" has quickly become her favorite. Sophia Ehrlich
as Clairee Belcher
(Rising Senior) Sophia began acting in the 4th grade in The Lion King Jr. and has since fallen in love with theatre. She has now been involved in more ambitious shows such as Hamlet and 12th Night or What You Will at the Rubicon Theatre. At Nordhoff, Sophia has acted in Flowers For Algernon, Pygmalion, Once Upon A Mattress, Guys and Dolls, You Can't Take It With You, Grease, The Odd Couple, and Steel Magnolias.
