  • David Henderson (Director)

    David is a Morehead Scholar graduate of UNC-Chapel Hill. Most recently he appeared as Joey in Honest Pint’s production of A Steady Rain. As a director, he led the inaugural production of “Twelfth Night” at Koka Booth as well as the following year’s production of “A Midsummer Night’s Dream”. Most recently he directed “The Sum of Us” for Honest Pint Theatre and “Desire Under the Elms” for Raleigh Little Theatre. As an actor, he has appeared in “Romeo and Juliet”(Friar Lawrence), “Someone Who’ll Watch Over Me”(Edward), and Mitch in “Tuesdays with Morrie” Other favorite roles include: “1776” (John Adams), “The Dead” (Gabriel),”Tartuffe” (Tartuffe), “Company” (Bobby), the title roles in” Thyestes” and “Henry V”, “Sweeney Todd” (Sweeney). For the past 20 years, he had the pleasure of playing Jacob Marley in Theatre in the Park’s annual production of A Christmas Carol. He is the founder and artistic director of Honest Pint Theatre Company and will be onstage later this summer in Annapurna!

  • Lormarev Jones (Asst. Director)

    Lormarev Jones is very grateful to be a part of RENT. Last May, Lormarev received a Master of Fine Arts degree in Theatre from Sarah Lawrence College in Yonkers, NY. For her thesis work, she wrote and performed a one-woman show that was featured in Sarah Lawrence's mainstage season. Directing and sound design are her new passions. Lormarev has performed with several area companies including Raleigh Little Theatre, Raleigh Ensemble Players, and Hot Summer Nights/Theatre Raleigh. As a choreographer, her movement has been featured on several Triangle stages, including Raleigh Charter High School, Carrboro High School, Deep Dish Theater, and Common Ground Theatre. She has taught young people of all ages: as a co-teacher for ArtsTogether's preschool program as well various classes and audition workshops. Lormarev received her B.A. in Theatre from Meredith College. Much Love to Ma, Pop, Davis, and Felix. As always, for Mema and Pepa.

  • Shane W. Dittmar (Musical Director)

    Shane is a musician and composer from Raleigh. His music direction credits include several NRACT C.A.S.T. camp productions, benefit concerts at Elon University, and recent work writing for and conducting Raleigh Little Theatre's Cinderella. He would like to thank his parents; Erika Marletta at MTI; and the cast, crew, and NRACT for this opportunity.
