Northeast Florida Conservatory Theatre

 About the Director

Patty Everett is a Jacksonville native.  She began her involvement with the NFC when she stepped on the stage for Music Man back in 2014.  She has been on the stage here in five musicals and one at the Orange Park Community Theatre.

Patty has taught the children’s theatre classes and summer camp for four years.  She has worn many hats backstage including Costumes, Stage Manager, and Assistant Director for Annie in 2017.

Before coming to the NFC, Patty ran her own theatre program for homeschoolers of the JPII group.  She directed Peter Pan with a cast of 49 children.  Most recently, she directed the children’s workshop of Getting to know the Sound of Music last Fall.

She is also a registered nurse and writer.  Patty has been published in Plastic Surgical Nursing, Jacksonville Medical Journal, and Vegetarian Baby and Child.  Her first children’s book is in the process of publication right now. She plans to finish her novel and see what the next adventure will be.

Patty would like to thank Bill DiStanisloa and the production team (Andy Thompson, Pat Billings, Sue Billings, Erin Krull, Gavin Turner, Audrey Everett, Rick Chapman, Sheri Lung, and Carolynn Smith) for their support and hard work on this show.  And Will Cook with assistance for photography. Without them, this would not have been possible.  Thank you to Rick Chapman for all of his help as Stage Manager and Drew Keck for stepping up to Assistant Stage Manager.  Special thanks to Dick and Carolyn Stritter for their assistance with props and more.
