    MARTI STUMP [they/them] (Fall) is a proudly queer and neurodivergent performer, musician, writer, and teaching artist. They are a junior at NEIU with a major in Communication, Media and Theatre and a minor in Theatre Performance. They are thrilled to be a part of HOLLER RIVER, and excited to return to Stage Center Theatre after performing in Babel, as well as NEIU’s original play festival Nuevas Voces. Other roles include Kelly in Kerrigan-Lowdermilk’s The Mad Ones Lab and Kait Wetzel in their ongoing virtual charity show Bad Queers: The Musical, for which they are also the composer, librettist, and director. It has been their great joy to have taught drama to ages 3-17 for six years. They are an enthusiastic member of the Ring of Keys coalition. Marti wants to express their deep gratitude to the HOLLER RIVER cast and crew, the CMT department, and their amazing loved ones for their encouragement.

    LUKE STEADMAN [he/him] (Kyle/Jo) is a current NEIU student majoring in CMT and minoring in Theatre. This is his third mainstage production at Stage Center, previously he was in Water By The Spoonful (John/Fountainhead), and Babel (Jamie/The Stork). Outside of school Luke has worked all around the city of Chicago. Recently he was in The Artistic Home's world premiere of Malapert Love by Siah Berlatsky as the Bandits/Servants/Musicians. Other credits include Othello (Iago), Twelfth Night (Sir. Toby), and The Tempest (Ferdinand), among others. Luke is really excited to be a part of Holler River, and hopes that everyone can take away something from this play! Shoutouts to his friends and family!

    XAVIER BECERRA [he/him] (AXE/MORGAN) is a junior at NEIU majoring in CMT Performance, he has been studying theater performance for the last 6 years. Outside of school, Xavier also has interned for the theater district of Chicago and is in an internship program with GMC Chicago, the acting/modeling agency. This is the second play Xavier has been casted in at the Stage Center, first being “Tiny Beautiful Things.”
