Dear friends of NCS Theater,

We are so pleased that you’ve joined us for yet another production at

NCS Middle School Theater. You, our supporters, are the lifeblood of

our school, community, and fine arts programs. We appreciate you!

The cast and I are thrilled to present Frozen Jr. this season. The

storyline, which follows the lives of princesses Elsa and Anna, has

provided many practical themes for us to reflect on as a cast,

including trusting others, the importance of family, and especially the

theme of loving one another sacrificially. At the climax of the

play after Anna has selflessly defended her sister Elsa, Olaf, our

beloved snowman, speaks a line that continually struck me: “An act

of true love will thaw a frozen heart.” It is my hope that you will not

only enjoy our presentation of Frozen Jr., but most importantly will

see the true selfless love of Christ reflected through our cast as they

perform.
