Danielle Rodgers
Director/Producer
Mrs. Rodgers is a 2003 graduate of the Crane School of Music with a Bachelor of Music in Music Education, and received her Master of Music in Music Education from Ithaca College in 2007. She currently serves as Vice President of the Genesee-Wyoming Music Educators Association. Mrs. Rodgers is the conducting assistant for the Buffalo Philharmonic Chorus, and a member of their Pro-Core as a soprano 1. She is a NYSSMA All State vocal adjudicator, as well as a sponsor and mentor for Ithaca College student teachers. Mrs. Rodgers was recently honored to serve as the guest conductor of the 2015 Cortland County Senior High All County Choir. Mrs. Rodgers also serves as an adjudicator for the Lipke Foundation’s Kenny Awards, which partners with Shea’s Education Program and awards grants to top high school music theater productions from school districts in Erie, Chautauqua, and Niagara counties.

Danielle Mileham
Choral Direction
Mrs. Mileham is a graduate of the Oakfield-Alabama Central School District. She was blessed four years ago to have the opportunity to return and direct the Elementary Ensembles (Band and Chorus) and teach General Music. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Music Education, major instrument Organ and a Master’s Degree in Christian Music in Worship from Houghton College. She was a member of the Houghton College Choir under the direction of Dr. Brandon Johnson, participated in several tours and also helped build an organ at the Houghton Wesleyan Church during her graduate degree work. As an organist, Mrs. Mileham is the Director of Music for the Middleport United Methodist Church in Middleport, NY, leads the Senior High Youth Group with her husband and is training four students in piano and organ studies. Mr. and Mrs. Mileham welcomed their first child, Brinn in August 2014. A musician maybe? Her attention is easily diverted when she hears music!

Roger Bolton
Orchestra Direction
Mr. Bolton is conducting the pit orchestra for the 9th time at O-A. The well-placed and well-timed suggestions of Mrs. Rodgers and Mrs. Mileham have been greatly appreciated throughout the production process. When working with pit orchestra, Mr. Bolton attempts to operate under one of John Mikulski’s many credos- “just smile and wave…just smile and wave.”
