Synopsis:Mortimer Brewster is living a happy life: he has a steadyjob at a prominent New York Newspaper, he's just become engaged to the girl next door, and he has two very charitable aunts who love him dearly. Mortimer always knew that his family had a bit of a "mad" gene- his brother believes he is Teddy Roosevelt, and his grandfather performed questionalble medical experiments on patients- but his world is truly turned upside down when he realizes his dear sweet aunties have been poinsoning lonely old bachelors for years! When Mortimer's maniacal brother, Jonathan(who now resembles Boris Karloff), returns to Brooklyn on the night the aunts are planning to bury the latest victim, Mortimer must do everything he can to help his aunts and protect his fiance-all the while trying to keep his own sanity intact.
